{Married} Scott & Brianna

This fall, I had the absolute pleasure of being flown down to Punta Cana with my Fiancé to not only attend one of his best friend's weddings, but I also was their lucky wedding photographer! Guys, you have no idea how excited I am to have my first destination wedding in the books!

Bri & Scott had the most wonderful venue in good old DR called The Paradisus, Palma Real. We spent the whole week leading up to their Thursday wedding having a blast with their other guests and making new friends between many mudslides, mama juana, dirty bananas and vodka sodas, just to name a few ;). I am so grateful to have met the people this couple calls family and I am even more grateful and honored to be the one that captured their special day.

Let me tell ya, I spent the whole week drooling over the architecture and the white sandy beach, chomping at the bit until Thursday where we got to execute the photos I had been dreaming of taking. It was a little windy, but truly a perfect day; perfect temperature, perfect couple. The rain gods held out their 10 minute tropical rain storm until the very second I finished all of the family formals and then I took Bri and Scott around, practically by the hand, excitedly shooting at every location I possibly could until the rain stopped. Kids, it was so hard to choose which photos to put in this blog! After I captured all I could imagine of these two, we joined the reception and danced the night away with everyone near and dear to their hearts... until it was time to leave... and then we hit up Red Lounge for some more celebrating! It was truly an amazing time and unforgettable experience!

Bri and Scott, I can't even begin to thank you enough for this opportunity, for the amazing time we had and for the new friends we have gained. I am truly honored to be your wedding photographer. I hope this sneak peek brings back all the wonderful moments shared on your wedding day. Let's go back!
